Abs of Steel Researchers from Australia and New Zealand are on the ball. In a recent study, they measured abdominal activation while people performed seven different stability-ball exercises. One clear victor emerged: the stability-ball roll-out. To do it, kneel on the floor with the ball in front of you and your forearms and fists pressed against it. Slowly roll the ball forwards, straightening your arms and extending your body as far as you can without arching your back or letting your hips sag. Then return to the starting position.MEN's HEALTHWant washboard abs? (about 12 hours ago) MEN's HEALTH Have a look through our content on stability-ball exercises.
