Rep. Julia Hurley Thanks Hooters for Shaping Her
Self-employed Tennessee Representative Julia Hurley (District 32, Roane and part of Loudon Counties) tells Hooters Magazine how the chain helped her through some difficult times - like when her first business failed.
"If I could make it at Hooters, I could make it anywhere."
